Thanks for stopping by. I have been thoroughly enjoying myself painting and selling on Ebay...of course, I do my share of buying too. Much of my pleasure comes from the people I have met through Ebay, and I hope to meet many more..thank you!

My favorite medium to work with is oil paints, although I do use acrylics at times. One person emailed me and said she was bidding on one of my signs because "it spoke to her". That made me smile, because many times that is why I pick my subjects to paint, they speak to me too!

Every time I fill my palette and smell the oil paint, I can't help but think of my grandfather...who was my inspiration. He had his own bedroom upstairs, and he would paint there, mixing his paints right on the desk top (now I know why he had a different room than my grandmother). As a child, I loved when he would let me in to sit by him while he worked his magic on the canvas. I suppose that is where it all started for me. I love to paint people and animals. I love the old Victorian prints and postcards, which is where I get many of my pictures from.

I have had nothing but great experiences with the terrific folks who have bid on my signs..thank you so much for your kind words, and it has been a pleasure meeting you all.
